Fuzz Productions in the New York Post

Fuzz Productions and GoodCab BadCab Highlighted

New York, NY, June 11, 2009- The New York Post recently published an article titled "Taxi Relief", highlighting the Fuzz developed iPhone application GoodCab BadCab. Launched in spring 2009, the application allows users to report on their individual Cab Drivers performance, good or bad. Inspired by an extraordinary cab ride, the application has been downloaded by city dwellers in New York and beyond.

"New Yorkers who have felt powerless about getting stuck in a smelly cab or hailing a ride in a taxi in summer only to find that its air conditioning didn't work, now have a new weapon-a recently-updated iPhone app called "GoodCab, BadCab".

The free app allows users, based on the hack driver's badge ID number, to rate the ride based on how clean the cab is, if the AC or heat works, if the driver is reckless or safe, or if the driver is talkative or the silent type.

Then, as you are about to jump into your next ride, you can have some advanced warning.

The 2.0 version of the app, developed by Brooklyn-based Fuzz Productions and updated by StewartSoft LLC, also contains a drop-off location finder that tips New Yorkers off to the location of soon-to-be free cabs.

Users enter their destination when they enter a cab. The drop-off screen will feature destinations that people entered and folks looking for a ride will be alerted if a cab is about to become free in their neighborhood."
