We partnered with their innovation team to create CALC, a web app that helps commercial real estate brokers and their clients compare traditional vs flexible leasing. The application, powered by complex algorithms, quickly gained wide adoption throughout the company as a fast and easy way for brokers and their clients to make smarter, more informed decisions.

A right-sized server solution
We chose to utilize the AWS Lambda functions to get the computing power and speed needed to run large calculations efficiently. This solution allowed CBRE to reduce costs by only paying for resources as needed, as opposed to a traditional server infrastructure.

We knew that anyone who tried CALC would see its value immediately. So we created a promotional landing page to give brokers a chance to take a test drive and appreciate its ingenuity and ease-of-use firsthand.
